If you live within a 200 mile radius of Indianapolis, the total cost is $35,000. If you live elsewhere, the cost is $35,000 plus a percentage. The additional percentage is determined by where you live. There are regional differences. The range is 5-25%.

NDGAs are only designed for 2-car garages.

If your house door is in a specific location to the apartment it is possible to have a connection to the house.  Otherwise, the outside front door to the apartment would be the only door.

No, the NDGA is a conversion of your existing 2-car garage.
